If you are not registered yet, email is the best way to contact us. We usually respond within 1 business day.

All of our customers have access to customer service by email at all times.

Customers who have submitted a tax return may log in at any time and leave us a secure message on the Contact tab of their Status Page.

Users who have registered an account may log in and contact us by FREE live chat, so that your questions can be answered as you are filling out your tax information on our website.
Live chat is available during the tax season (July - October) in the evenings (1.00 PM - 5.00 PM* and 7.00 PM - 9.00 PM AEST, Monday - Friday)

* From the 12th to the 26th of July, the 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM live chat hours may or may not be honoured due the the large volume of customer service requests we receive during this period. We will still continue to offer live help and advice from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
